I'll try and take photos with my phone sometime, though to be honest, they won't look half as pretty as BarbaraEmma's 'spare' house does... the results of DIY at my place tend to resemble me - functional, rather than aesthetically pleasing!

I'm just starting HH No.2. It has design improvements on the first, including a longer entrance tunnel (over a metre) which will improve insulation and lessen draughts [it's ramped, and hugs the side of 2 elevations of the main structure]. I'm also going to insulate all the floor, walls and roof with 10mm thermal insulation board (seasoned, to limit VOCs) so should be cozy and peaceful inside.

Am hoping to build a 3rd for/with my 7-year old nephew before summer's out.

Malx, it doesn't matter what they look like, so long as they're functional! I'll be patient and await photos of all 3 houses
