| | married to a fox fanatic Hi when a married woman keeps vanishing every night most men would start to get worried or celebrate, after fifty years of married life my wife puts on her old green overcoat, head scarf, Welles and grabs the camera around nine pm and goes off and sits with a family of fox cubs, i wonder if this is normal behavior for a woman in her late sixty's, this as been the only time in my married life that i had any peace, I sit at home with my binoculars watching her, watching them what a silly pair we must be, aland.
PS who,s complaning???? |

Joking apart it looks like you have a good woman who cares about nature and gives you some peace and quiet of an evening, lucky you

| | | Re: married to a fox fanatic I couldn't help but read this post. It sounds like entirely normal behaviour to me and the photos you posted of the cubs are wonderful. I'd be watching them every night. |

| | | Re: married to a fox fanatic An affair with nature is the best kind of affair!!
My partner has to listen to me go on about which bird is in the garden and puts up with the various food I have to keep in our tiny kitchen.
I think your wife must be a great lady if she is able to gain pleasure from the wild, lucky you.

| | Re: married to a fox fanatic Hello to you all, yes i have been with her it is quite funny the cubs walk up to her first then move to me give me the once over and then return to the side of her, she can talk, say any thing and the one cub does not flinch, but they do not trust me one bit, but of course she is putting out some tit bits not when they are there, but when they are sleeping in the day time and i think that they smell her perhaps from the ponies, it must be scent, she is the same with birds they land on her hands but not mine, aland |

| | Re: married to a fox fanatic This is my attempt at getting a look at my wifes cubs, my little dog loved them she has always loved other animals, fifteen years ago she pinched two tiny kittens and produced milk for five months to feed them carried them around, even when the cats were twelve years old she still bossed them around , she will wash my pet rabbit every day, i am afraid in our house every thing as to get on with one another including the parrot two cats and rabbit the cats have even slept on the ponies backs, the cats and dog even ignore any injured wild creatures we help until they recover, aland. |

My b/f has to put up with my nightly hedgehog patrols around the village, but that's all. He does dread me bringing one home though (which I have done on several occasions as they needed rescuing). Surprised he hasn't changed the locks! | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
