It's not advisable to give out details of setts IMHO, but if you google London Badger Group I am sure they can point you in the right direction.

That said Kew gardens has a sett in their nature reserve area (which i can mention because its inside the secure perimiter) and they run regular badger watches from a large hide type platform that they have constructed overlooking the sett.
