orphan field mice

I was wondering if any one could give me some advice. I rescued 8 baby field mice from my farm on Sunday night, as the cat ate their mother. They are the size of a paper clip and are bright pink. Their eyes are not open and they have no fur. There 3 days old at the most. I have being feeding them on a cimicat powder, that the vets recommended. I feed them every one and a half hours to two and a half hours day and night, and use wet cotton buds to stimulate them to wee and poo. Most of the time they will have a wee and most of them pooped this afternoon. They get a few drops every time I feed them. Is this enough?
At what age will their eyes start to open at?
What age will their fur start to grow at?
Also what age would i wean them off milk at?

Hi there, sounds like you’re doing a fantastic job with them, well done! I did a quick google and read that they grow their greyish-brown coat after about six days, their eyes open after about sixteen days and they’re weaned at around eighteen days. Couldn't find any in-depth info on actually hand rearing mice, but you may find something of use on this site:
