| | | Polecat and mink monitoring Hi everyone
If anyone is interested in monitoring polecat and mink abundance from the comfort on your own car, please read on...!
The Vincent Wildlife Trust is resuming a survey of polecats and mink in England and Wales this autumn. This survey takes place over one month in the autumn and almost everything is done from the comfort of your car seat! You simply have to record how many miles you covered in the survey period and which in regions of Britain you travelled plus details of any dead (or live) polecats and mink you spot. You don't have to make any special journeys, just drive around as you would normally. If you would like more information to help you to decide if you would like to take part please email jmessenger@vwt.org.uk
Thanks |

As for Mink, i often wonder where those hundreds of animals liberated by so called activists a few years ago have now got to, and if they are breeding.
Do they need to be controlled properly to prevent further distribution ? |
