Could be common shrew, doubt water shrew but as they look fresh it is so difficult to tell from the pic, but terrestrial shrew scats are darker and much smaller so I would go for terrestrial shrew at the moment. They are however not dissimilar to small rodent droppings, quite smooth outer surface some have that classic cylindrical shape with a point ! If you can find some dried ones that should give a more positive answer, rodent - doesn't crumble and hard when dry, terrestrial shrew- crumbly, contains arthopod remains.
