Small plants never stand a chance in my (small) garden & even some of the larger, well established shrubs have been undermined in the past. The lawn hasn't faired too badly so far this year, maybe because i'm feeding them more or else they ate all the Leather Jackets last year! Mind you the Foxes are equally not impressed by such things as shrubs, lawns & plants!
Interesting that your visitor eats cat food, they've always ignored any I've put out & they don't like dog food either! They seem to prefer peanuts & peanut butter sandwiches. I've always wondered how a peanut equates to worms in nutritional value?
