Did you know you had them around your area before you made your feeding station Alison?
Hope it returns and brings his friends |

Can I be nosey and ask what the white screen on the wall is for? |

| | | Re: My new garden visitor Ah, my little friend is back again tonight. Munching away at his dog food!!
I knew I had hedgehogs as I have seen their 'calling cards'. I had a lot last year (and released two after overwintering them in my spare bedroom). I am also taking delivery of five next week for release in my garden and also in one of my friend's and my mum's garden. They are from a guy in Cambridge that lives close to a very busy road. I offered to take them off his hands, as they seem to do well here. Also have to collect one I tried to overwinter this year, but had to go to the hoggy hopsital as was unwell.
So all in all, I am very hoggy friendly!!
Hedgehoggy - the white thing is actually our attempt at mending our rotting shed door! Nothing exciting I'm afraid.
Hoggy hugs to everyone!!

| | | Re: My new garden visitor I've just seen my garden hedgehog. Well at 8.30 p.m. I went to put out food under the bushes near to the hedgehog house and there he/she was, going back inside the box. Really happy to see him/her. Was beginnning to wonder if I did have a hedgehog in the garden. Glad he'she's living in the box. I have put more food out as he/she had eaten half by 9.00 p.m. Will check again before I go to bed. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
