| | | I think this is a Water Vole? Three pictures of what I believe to be a Water Vole unless anyone else can correct me? They were taken at a campsite in Llandovery, Carmarthenshire.

| | | Re: I think this is a Water Vole? Bank vole have redder fur, tail approx 1/2 body length and visible ears. Although the colour is easier to tell in daylight compared to photographs.
Field vole are greyer, tail 1/3 body length and ears are almost hidden by hair.
This bank vole has very red fur! |
