| | | Feeding foxy I have a couple of foxes visiting my garden and I would like to know if there is anything I can give them to eat. The weather is so bad this year and I have heard them mating so I'd like to help them a bit. Any ideas or is feeding them wrong?
Thanks for any advice |

Thanks for any advice | You can buy fox food from pet stores in the wildlife section and I have used them and they do eat them. They need water though and it can freeze at the moment. While its cold I put out dog food ,cheep ham chicken carcases.Though they are also helping themselves to bird ground feeder lol

| | | Re: Feeding foxy Foxes will eat a huge range of foods & it is a good idea to help them out by supplementing their food & water while the weather is bad, particularly as there will be vixens close to giving birth now, or maybe even with cubs already.
The easiest food to give is dog or cat food, tinned or complete, but they will also enjoy any leftovers you have - but no cooked bones as they can splinter.
Don't forget fresh water!
