Look like fallow deer to me - the palmate antlers are a distinctive feature

Also, you have a range of colour forms there. Fallow deer coat colours can vary from almost black, through to a pale chestnut colour, to white.

I think they tend to be darker with fewer white spots in winter, but this is just a general rule.
