| | | Re: Pine martens return to England and Wales Just had an email from my brother who reckons he might have seen a Pine Martin in Snake Woodlands , Peak District .
He is going to speak to the local keeper when he sees him and ask re sightings , had a look on the VWT siite and there are a couple of marks on the sighting map for the Peak District.

Thanks for the information about the possible pine marten sighting. The Peak District has had some good quality pine marten sightings in recent years. Please encourage your brother to contact VWT so we can find out some more information. We are doing a scat survey in that area in August so any current sightings will be really useful in helping us to identify where would be the best areas to survey.
