| | Definitely a wow moment Not been on for a while folks but thought you might appreciate these pics I took during a summer trip to Scotland. This fella was just grazing next to a layby.
These pictures are not zoomed in either, it was as if the animal was completely unaware of our presence, he quietly carried on eating.
I only noticed the two signs when looking at the snaps later on when I got home, ironic "these animals can be wild and dangerous" and he's there not having a care in the world! The other one is about clearing up rubbish. I was actually stood there with tears in my eyes, it was a truly mesmerising moment, one I shall cherish. Such a beautiful animal, why anyone would want to hunt these creatures I really do not know.
It was only later on when I realised I was in a potentially very dangerous situation and that he could have charged but to be honest, I really did not think of that at the time. I was so totally overwhelmed I was just glued to the spot, could not take my eyes off him for a good ten minutes.
Beautiful setting too.
Hope you like.

As for being wild: True, but he probably gets used to people stopping to allow you to get so close. Thanks for sharing |
