Adopt a Brownsea Island Red Squirrel

I'm on a crusade!

I'm a volunteer for Dorset Wildlife Trust and I've just completed the Walk for Wildlife, a sponsored walk of 13.2 miles across the beautiful Purbecks in Dorset to raise money and awareness for the Trust.

I'm also asking as many of my friends and family as possible to Adopt a Red Squirrel. There are only 200 red squirrels left on Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour, Dorset and the Trust desperately needs more funds to improve their habitat and to do more research about these gorgeous little mammals.

BBC's AutumnWatch is coming from Brownsea this year, and they will also be highlighting the plight of the Reds on Brownsea.
