| | | Re: More Mammal Pics Needed Hi
I have some recent water vole pics, will put them in the Gallery when I work out what to do, tried a couple this morning and it won't let me do it so there may be some security setting on my computer which is causing the problem. They are jpg files and within the size limit so who knows. Wll keep trying

| | | Re: More Mammal Pics Needed I'm in heaven with all these water voles pics!
I've sent in this morning some pics of water vole feeding remains (including snails!), some water vole footprints, a vole nest (could be field vole, not sure, as it was in a place where both sorts live), plus some photos of a mink raft being set up, in situ, and showing tracks. Hope they're accepted. |

| | | Re: More Mammal Pics Needed Gradually working my way through 2007 images. Got some Bottlenose Dolphin photos, mucked it up really, got the shutter speed too slow; but they aren't too bad. Also a Minkie Whale taken a couple of years ago off Prawle Point, S. Devon. Taken with a film camera but can't find the negs so will have to scan the prints.
At this time of the year we regularly see a Porpoise here but can't get any photos yet. It will come to about 100 yards from the boat but doesn't stay on the surface very long and I can't just stop working and grab the camera. |
