| | | Things that deer do on film When I looked through the YouTube video archives over Christmas I was very disappointed as most of its fallow deer content seemed comprise junior bucks bashing their heads together while the big boys got on with life out of camera shot, so I borrowed a video camera and filmed some deer in Richmond Park doing what comes naturally. It isn't all eating, sleeping and running away from badly trained dogs.
I have now posted some of the more notable grooming shots on YouTube. I tried to use the same "Derelict" tag - it comes from an (unsolicited!) nocturnal encounter with a deer - but that's already been snapped up by someone else - I wonder if it was the same deer(!) - so you need to search for "Deerisible". I apologise in advance for some of the titles - I thought it might widen the audience a bit! |
