Something has been digging a very large hole in the soil of our front garden during the night! What could it be? We live in a semi-rural position next to woods. |

We have rabbits digging holes in our front lawn but nothing big - huge rabbit

Thanks all for your replies, still no idea what was digging away, the hole was approx 12" x 10" but hardly any soil was chucked about so whatever it was must be a neat gardener! We think maybe a hedgehog that spotted a slug? Anyway, hole is now covered back over 'til next time! | | |
