Can some one please let me know how to tell the difference between a rat and a Wood Mouse?
I have something in the garden but not sure what it is, I also have some pictures and have tried uploading them but not successful.
Any help would be great |

a rat is very much larger  I've not seen a Wood Mouse (to my knowledge) but rats are really rather big

They are very different, the Wood Mouse much smaller, but rather than a lenthy description, why not look at the images in the gallery? |
