| | | Re: cannock chase red deer If you've got photos of big cat prints please forward them to the county recorder for mammals (via Staffordshire Mammal Group's web site). By coincidence we were talking about big cats during the mammal survey we did last Sunday and he told us that he's regularly called out to identify what people claim are big cat prints and they always turn out to be dog. He said he had a big cat expert from North America visit to look at the claims and he (the expert) stated that he could find no evidence big cats in Staffordshire. So now's your chance to possibly prove him wrong.
