| | | Red Squirrels on Isle of Wight Just spent a few days on the Isle of Wight, saw quite a few Red Squirrels but only managed these pics, ironically from the hotel bedroom window!!  |

they are not under any threat from the greys out thereon an island, unlike their Scottish cousins,

I did not realise that the IOW had Red Squirrels but I suppose like Brownsea Island in Dorset, the island or the water between it and the mainland is a suitable barrier to the Grey Squirrels.
