After being inspired by your picture earlier today, I Googled Muntjac and found this website: Muntjac deer - Muntiacus reeves
I have posted the link as later on you mentioned the deer demolishing your garden plants; well on here there is a list of plants which the deer find less appetising! ("Gardening Tips").
