| | | Red Deer This might be a bit of a long shot, does anyone know if there are any herds of red deer that are not far north, i live in buckingham shire so am pretty south, and i havent got much holiday left this year so a trip to scotland is pushing it but i would love to photograph them. |

The best herds of wild red deer in England are on Exmoor. West Somerset and North Devon.
Its 4 hours from Buckinghamshire and I can tell you where you will see them in the wild. |

In fact, if you walked this route you would definitely see Red deer.
You can find it on Ordnance Survey. Otherwise I will give you OS map ref's. |

| | | Re: Red Deer Although not truly wild, red deer can easily be seen in the grounds of Woburn Abbey, and at Richmond Park.
Woburn Abbey should be within easy reach as it's in Bedfordshire and access to the grounds costs a couple of quid.
