last night a very fluffy fox ambled across the road in front of me and this morning a group of munjac in a field next to the M4. Very nice to see

| | | Re: Mammal of the day Another nice sight at work today, a weasel. I was just stood talking to the digger operator and i noticed it running across the path, about 50ft away. Two minutes later it was poking its head over the pile of stones next to the digger, it was no more than 5ft away. It was looking at us as if to say " what you doing in my territory!"  It was amazing to see one so close! |

It crossed the road in front of the car; I was on a slow road and it crossed slowly so I got a very clear view of it. To be honest, I didn't even know what it was until I got home from work and could do a bit of research.
