My mammal of the day was a Fox,as well,nice views of him sunning himself in a woodland ride,I see quite a few foxes like that.

I've just got home from a night shift and I have two mammals of the day -
last night a very fluffy fox ambled across the road in front of me and this morning a group of munjac in a field next to the M4. Very nice to see

My mammal of the day is the 4 roe deer i saw bounding through the woodland at work, im loving this working outside stuff

Another nice sight at work today, a weasel. I was just stood talking to the digger operator and i noticed it running across the path, about 50ft away. Two minutes later it was poking its head over the pile of stones next to the digger, it was no more than 5ft away. It was looking at us as if to say " what you doing in my territory!"

It was amazing to see one so close!

That second squirrel must be female - I'd do that to get chocolate too.

I saw a Chines Water Deer near Woburn, Beds., yesterday. Also had a couple of sightings of Muntjac.

yes, that place has a lot to answer for there are wallabies on the loose apparently..

I saw my first ever weasel today

It crossed the road in front of the car; I was on a slow road and it crossed slowly so I got a very clear view of it. To be honest, I didn't even know what it was until I got home from work and could do a bit of research.
