| | | Re: Mammal of the day The bruise on my arm has just reminded me. We had gone out to practice gull ID at Amwell and there was this intense thudding on my upper arm. I tried to ignore him but he was insistent. "Loooooook......st-st-st-stoat" he said. I missed the gulls, but got a quick but fantastic view of the mammal of the moment.

| | | Re: Mammal of the day A fox walking along the opposite platform to me at Liverpool south parkway just befor 6PM today as I was on my back from southport did not seem at all bothered that was a good few people on my platform only yards away and just walked right past the 2 people siting on the platform he/she was walking long, to amazement of all who seen it. I braked as it looked as if it was going to walk right in front of me, but at the last moment it turned back and wandered off. |
