| | Re: Field Mouse Hi there, welcome to the site,
mice are what brought me here too.
We now have 3 living in the cold frame in the garden, 1 fieldmouse and two tiny black ones that are sooooo quick!
Only the field mouse has made it up to the feeder though. |

i wouldn't worry too much about your mouse. It would have made it's way into your house by now if it wanted to. Sounds like it's doing just fine in the garden |

| | Re: Field Mouse Hi everybody,
Thanks for all your reply's about my field mouse, I am no longer worried about it. In fact I haven't seen it for a few days and am hoping its still around. I thought it was really cheeky climbing inside my feeder. I could just imagin it sitting there with its mouth open waiting for me to pour more seed in.
I won't be able to reply or even read replys very often as I am rushed off of my feet at the moment with work and sorting things out for my Dad after my Mother recently died but I am glad I found this site and will visit as often as I can.:

| | | Re: Field Mouse Welcome to the site Ann, it really is full of goodies. I despair every time I see one of the field mice, wood mice, pygmy shrews etc outside as the neighbours cats are round every day / night and we get so many casualties. They shouldn't cause you any problems especially if you have a nice shed for them to shelter. Hope you get things sorted for your dad.

| | | Re: Field Mouse Welcome Ann dont worry about the mouse he is probably living under the shed floor , I cant remember the last time we didnt have lodgers under our shed the bird feeder should supply enough food for them not to come into your house. (unless it gets realy cold)
