International Year of the Bat
Hi there,

On the Nature of Britain calendar on the Open University website - http://media.open2.net/natureofbrita...lendar2008.pdf - there's an entry on the 1st Jan for Internation Year of the Bat.

I can't find any information on this 'year'. Has anyone got any idea what it is?

obviously not talking about the chinese calendar?? Next year would be the rat.
this year the pig, or in another calendar im sure its the boar.
