I recently saw an article in a newspaper about an albino badger that was taken to a wildlife rescue centre, because it was found to be under-weight and also had a nasty bite wound on its rump. The carers at the centre were amazed, as they figured this animal was at least 5 years old!! They came to the conclusion that because badgers have such poor eye sight, they probably didn't see anything different about this animal!
There was a lovely photo of it too, looked quite cute. |

Yes, it's at Secret World, near me. Pity he couldn't have timed it a bit better - I was at their open day a month ago!  Secret World Guest is Whiter than White

Oh he does look very skinny - hope he does well in the centre and can go back to the wild soon

I have been reading about him in the Daily Mail. He doesn't look a lot like a badger. He is lucky to be found and end up at secret world. He must have something going for him to live to be 5 yrs old | | |
