You could try mealworm crumble, this is dried mealworms with peanuts (crushed with sunflower seeds etc) this can be brought in supermarkets and garden centres. The Hoggies in my garden love it
It’s a Bird food for Robins really and I was leaving it out for the birds initially. But the Hedgehogs found it one night, and once they tried they wont eat anything else – not even cat food or the other Hedgehog food that you can buy!!
Always put plenty of water down with this or any food, I like to see them drink and wash all the crumble off their noises! |

thanks everyone ill put some water out for it tonight because we dont have food yet vixen i ment one of those speacial african hedgehogs that you buy of speacial sites but a european hedgehog is better because it cuter we have sunflower seeds shall i put some of those out for it
ohh we can make mealworm crumble for it too ill ask my parents

i put some food and water for it last night didnt see it though cause i didnt go downstairs and check but when i woke up the waterr dish was almost empty and the food dish had nothing left in it ill try and get a pic of it on the weekend

Well it certainly could have been your hedgie, or like at my house the blackbirds finish off the hedgie food early morning
