Its crazy!

My favourite line;
'The government does not set a specific target for the percentage reduction in cattle TB incidence it expects to see, but the latest evidence suggests that nine years after culling, incidence might fall by 9-16%.'

How do they not know, they have been doing it for long enough and if they are going to cull badgers they should know if its going to be effective or not! I do not think 9-16% in nine years is a good enough reason.

Why are we not vaccinating the same as Wales? Its probably a cost thing.
