id lichen on willow, please

Would you say the majority of lichen on this willow is Parmotrema perlata?

Hi Rob,

Unless I'm missing something, the image you've uploaded seems too small to see the lobe details, but that doesn't look like Parmotrema perlatum (correct spelling - not perlata) to me.

The photo enlarges for me, though not to a huge extent.

However, it is possible to see that the lobe surfaces are not smooth, as in Parmotrema perlatum.

This is a Parmelia, almost certainly P. sulcata.

Now if only you had cleared away that fungus (Daedaleopsis confragosa) so that you could have got closer to the subject of the photograph ...
