I was wondering if this is Cladonia coniocraea. Growing on an old stump in a woodland setting in the SE.

| | | Re: Unknown lichen for ID Yes, this is good Cladonia coniocraea. Podetia (the sticking-up bits) uniformly sorediate (powdery granules) and terminating either in a blunt point or a small cup scarcely wider than the podetium - examples of both in your photograph.
