Is this Cladonia diversa ?

Very tentatively Cladonia fimbriata, but you need AlanS for these!

Its not Cladonia diversa as that has small squamules on the outside of the podetia (stalk-like bit) and larger granules inside the cups. Details, photo's below for comparison:

Thanks Jenny. I'll wait and see if Alan can pin it down. If not I'll put it down as Cladonia sp. pos. fimbriata

I think this might well be a mixture of two species (two which do often grow intermixed).

As Jenny suggests, some of the cups look like C. fimbriata - finely powdery (sorediate) with rather neat, abruptly widened cups ...

but other cups are tapered more to the base, have more patchily and coarsely sorediate surfaces, and are C. chlorophaea.
