It is not an especially coastal lichen of course, more usually a species of concrete, but it is not forbidden to grow on coastal rocks too.
I came across it last week on a wooden fence (also in a slightly immature state with isidia not yet developed) (the lichen, not the fence). An unexpected habitat, but the fence was approx. 10 metres from the southbound carriageway of the A1 and clearly receiving a lot of mineral deposition.

the lichen were on very large boulders placed at the high tide mark,and would regularly get sea spray if not covered completely on accasion. |
