| | | Unknown orange lichen. I don't know anything about lichens, but since my new camera has an impressive macro mode, I started paying attention. I found this lichen growing on a wall. I don't know what kind of details are needed to identify lichens, but this one seems to be quite a common species.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

| | | Re: Unknown orange lichen. Hi Yashca - Xanthoria parietina or Xanthoria polycarpa are the two most likely possibilities, but you really need poschiavanus for this as I'm a very-beginner at this lichen ID game!  Enjoy the new macro, its amazing how much more you'll start noticing with it |
