I think the first photo maybe Black Shields - Tephromela atra and Caloplaca marina
The second photo maybe Sea Ivory - Ramalina siliquosa and Caloplaca marina |

1st photo: Tephromela atra, as you say.
Yellow lichen is Xanthoria ectanoides.
2nd photo: Ramalina siliquosa, as you say.
Yellow lichens are Xanthoria parietina + (I think) more X. ectanoides at the left.
No time for explanations, sorry.
