| | | Smallish hoverfly ID Taken on 22nd Dec- smallish hoverfly (smaller than the Episyrphus balteatus that were also about) Any ideas on ID ?

It looks like a rather small, female Meliscaeva auricollis, from the yellow scutellum and the orientation of the spots. There was another one posted on here, yesterday or the day before, so a few must still be about.
