Yes, a male Ctenicera virens. Nice find. Have never found this species yet.

Ctenicera cuprea on the British list. A colour dimorphic species which can be quite numerous on some years in uplands of N/W UK. |

Yes, that's what I thought during the day, but I don't have my password in mind, so I could not change my mistake on work. 
Of cause Paul is right. C. virens is a species of the southern parts of Central Europe, especially in the alps and only very rare in the northern parts of the low mountain ranges. Sorry I did this mistake.
