Hoverfly for ID

Found today - Lord's Wood, N.Somerset VC6. Female Eristalis - looks to me like E.pertinax but would like confirmation.

Well it isn't E. tenax because of the yellow patch on the hind leg, so at this time of the year, E. pertinax is the obvious choice.

My only slight hesitation is because the front tarsus seems a little dark, but it isn't clearly visible and can sometimes appear a little on the dark side. The mid tarsus appears to be lighter in colour though, as one would expect.
