Amaurobius male and female about in the kitchen,
Lots and lots of active 7 spots in the sun yesterday (not a single Harlequin)
Winter gnats - a species larger than usual - in a bobbing mating swarm
Rough woodlouse about in the conservatory

This afternoon in really warm sunshine - one tiny shieldbug instar 2-3mm exactly like Toby's (above) a number of Seven spot ladybirds, and a Red Admiral looking beautiful. Oh and literally dozens of Arocatus longceps (Plane tree seed bugs).
So when does Winter end, and Spring begin on WAB?
