Springtails?

Hello I am new here, I come as I feel verry itchy to what I am finding in my pets water bowl! I won 5 snakes, they are on aspen bedding and I get a massive bale of it of which I now put in tubs inside my garage. Last clean out of my snakes was 2 weeks ago, and last night I found tiny, tiny round white things slowly crawling around their water bowls and some look like they had died in there, no where else to be seen though in their homes and nothing on the snakes. I am thinking spring tails but these are round looking, I don't know of any round spring tails that are this whitey/sandy colour and these things aren't springing!

I would take a photo but I don't have any camera that could really zoom in to take a picture of the beasties!

I have pictures of them now, sorry mobile phone camera. On the zoomed in ones, the bugs are the ones with like a dint in them?

They are driving me crazy! They seem to be breeding like mad what ever they are!
