Stunning sparkling green beetle!

Hi folks, I was going through some old photos and found photos of this amazing beetle. I've looked through the blitz edition on beetles and cannot seem to find a match. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
The beetle was spotted on a stone path over an area of peat bog near a reservoir.
p.s. Sorry for the shoddy photo but it was quick!!

Thanks for the ID Matt - much appreciated. Paul, the beetle was found at the Whitelee windfarm in East Renfrewshire, on a path to a local reservoir called Lochgoin. I had a quick look at the NBN website and looks under recorded for the area so a great spot.
