I am going by the fact that the abdomen appears flattened from this angle (dorso-ventrally, I believe the term is). Also the general variation of colours and....conspicuousness, for want of a better phrase. I am also going by process of elimination with other subfamilies and (as far as I can see) it doesn't seem to fit into any of those.
I am of course open to other suggestions.
