Richmond Park on felled tree trunk, about 3-4mm

Can't help with id Toby - just wanted to comment on the excellent quality of your images - I particularly like pic2 (the one with the distinctive ovipositor) .

Tentatively I'd say the second might be a chalcid (Chalciodea): looks like it has reduced venation, 12 antennal segments, with a long 1st antennal segment.

The other seems to have a small number of antennal segments (less than 10) which ought to help in placing it.
