Could somebody tell me what this slug species might be?

Hi Gatekeeper.

This might be Lehmannia valentiana...Lehmannia marginata can look similar to the ones in your photos. There is another Lehmannia to found in the UK and that is L. nyctelia, this is mostly restricted to hothouses.

Just out of interest, where were these seen?

The slug was seen in my garden in Cardiff. They appear to be rather numerous.
