Ichneumon Fly ID
Found this in Bristol, UK. From memory I think it was around 30mm long

Anomalinae sub-family I believe, and not the very most commonly-spotted.

Looked a little unusual, hoping that something to it may be significant for species (i.e, shape, colour, size...)

Looks quite similar to a carrot wasp that I found in my garden in Bristol! It was a Gasteruption jaculator, but I don't think this is in the same family.
