| | | AES Entomological Exhibition - 1 October This years Amateur Entomologists Society (AES) Exhibition and Trade Fair will be held at Kempton Park racecourse on Sat 1 October, from 11.00 - 16.30.
This is the biggest entomological fair of the year in the UK. If you want to buy books, microscopes, cages, chemicals, pins, store boxes, specimens, livestock, plants or pictures related to insects, or just look at all of the exhibits and chat to fellow enthusiasts, this is the show.
The exhibition is open to members of the public and not just members of the AES. Should you wish to join the AES then you can do so on the day but you don't have to be a member to attend. Ticket prices will be: £4 per adult and £2 per child (7 years and over). Tickets can be bought on the gate. Free parking in the racecourse car park.
Traders include those selling books, equipment, livestock, specimens and food plants. In addition, the show is attended by most of the major invertebrate societies and organisations within the UK. AES Annual Exhibition and Trade Fair - Amateur Entomologists' Society (AES)
Well worth attending and a good day out.
