Just a rough steer would be nice with this little fly - which has striped eyes - do they often and I've not noticed before?  
And then, again, just a rough steer with this sweetly leggy one, if poss pls?   |

First is a Calliphorid in the region of the genus Stomorhina unless I'm way-off. Last off-hand looks rather Tachinidae-like.

If I'm right about the first, then it's a migrant and could be down to our tail-end of Hurricane Katia. |

No 2 is a Tachinid - Siphona sp, probably S.geniculata but I don't like detting them even with a specimen.
