Help pls with hovers

Amongst today's hovers are these, sending me in circles. Advice wld be lovely! But lack of decent shots/ enough angles may make it imposs. Only two angles of this... where legs don't look right for recent Platycheirus individuals

Then this, which I wondered about P.albimanus or peltatus?

And then this, very similar but face, tip of abdomen and hind leg markings seem different

Sigh...

The second one looks like Platycheirus scutatus female.

1st is Platycheirus male, not enough showing I'm afraid.

Last Platycheirus female, same story.

Not sure on the first - I'll be interested in that one. I'd say you're correct with albimanus for 2 and there's more case for speculation on the third.

Of course, Platycheirus can be difficult photographically so I'll be interested in what Roger holds these to.

Well thank you very much both! I know it's kind of you even to bother to try with iffy shots like these. But SO helpful to my learning curve. I don't suppose any of them will get past RM when he's back tomorrow, but I'll shout if they do !
