I think I am right on Picromerus bidens with those projections on the pronotum - just checking if there are any similar ones minus the forest bug. Found it about 10 miniutes ago resting on the tumble-dryer we chucked out in my garden Northampton

Yeah I think it could only be that one but like to check before sticking names in my Coleoptera folder
