| | | another possible sawfly This may be a sawfly, but I have no views of the possible waist - it just looks like it hasn't.
Notable projections on the legs, and striking white tips to antennae.
Unless these characteristics are unique, I think it may be difficult to identify.

It is rather similar to Tenthredo livida. But I'm not prepared to confirm that as a definite ID. |

I've looked at some good pics of a Tenthredo livida female, and it does have all the features that I can see in my pics -
the antennae that look as if they cross, but they don't,
and with tiny black ends to the white tips,
and the white spot on the side of the abdomen top, and
the shape of the head
and the spines on the legs.
Unfortunately I can't see the marks on the wings, but never mind.
So unless there is something very similar, I am convinced it is this one.
